Cindy Percak
Office Administrator
Cindy is a native of Chicago who moved to Cinnaminson from Racine, Wisconsin in October 2020. Her B.A. is from Lawrence University, and M.S. from the University of Illinois.
Cindy worked in public libraries in the northern suburbs of Chicago for 36 years before taking early retirement to devote her energies to a non-profit on Arab culture she co-founded in 2003.
Arabesque’s professional music ensemble toured throughout the U.S. and Canada, with Cindy serving as general manager and all-purpose gopher. This interest stemmed from a 1996 sabbatical in Jordan with her late husband Steve, an Episcopal priest and community college professor.
Since moving to South Jersey, Cindy has discovered the joy of hiking, and may be found on many of the trails in Burlington and Mercer Country on a daily basis—unless she’s ensconced in one of her many favorite coffee shops or diners in the area. Until her Terrier Arnie’s demise in August 2022, Cindy was active in animal rescue organizations in the Midwest. She is a strong supporter of the arts, and is currently engaged in editing manuscripts for independent authors.
Raised Roman Catholic, and later Episcopalian, Cindy has been an ardent Lutheran for nearly 20 years. She particularly loves office work, and has volunteered at Ebenezer Lutheran in Chicago
and Emmaus/Emaús ELCA in Racine—and now, St. Bart’s in Trenton!
