Pastor Erich Kussman
Pastor Erich is unapologetically Christian, sharing a message filled with hope, faith, and a deep commitment to revolutionary social justice. His words inspire others to believe in the power of radical love and forgiveness. After overcoming his own challenges, including serving time in prison, Pastor Erich’s journey stands as a powerful example of redemption and grace. A proud graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary, he combines strong faith with wisdom, compassion, and a heart dedicated to helping others find purpose and healing through God’s love.

Jackie Prekop
Council President

Jackie is the Council President of out church, leading with confidence and care. Jackie plays a major role in our church community. Her bright spirit and positive energy bring joy to everyone around her. She is the Pantry Coordinator always working hard to keep things organized and running smoothly. Jackie’s kindness, dedication, and endless willingness to help make her a true blessing to our church family.

Debbie Formoso
Vice President​
Debbie serves as the Vice President of our church and is someone who truly takes time to care for and support our congregation. She is kind, thoughtful, and deeply invested in helping make the church what it is today. Her care for the community and willingness to serve help strengthen St. Bart’s and the people who call it home.

Emely tecum
Council​

Emely is a dedicated member of the church council and also manages the church’s social media, helping share St. Bart’s story with the wider community. She is committed to what she does and cares deeply about the people and community that surround the church. Through her work and service, she helps keep the congregation connected, informed, and engaged.

Cindy Percak
Office Administrator
Cindy, a Chicago native, moved to Cinnaminson from Racine, Wisconsin in 2020. She holds a B.A. from Lawrence University and an M.S. from the University of Illinois. For 36 years, she worked in public libraries before co-founding Arabesque, a nonprofit on Arab culture, where she managed a touring music ensemble inspired by a sabbatical in Jordan with her late husband, Steve. Since moving to South Jersey, Cindy has enjoyed hiking local trails, frequenting coffee shops, and supporting the arts. She also edits manuscripts for independent authors and has volunteered extensively in animal rescue. A lifelong Christian, she has been a devoted Lutheran for nearly 20 years, serving in church office roles at congregations in Chicago, Racine, and now St. Bart’s in Trenton.

Kristen Arcos
Secretary​
Kristen the secretary of our church. She is isa wonderful addition to our church community, known for her positive energy and genuine care for others. She is deeply committed to serving the community and brings dedication and heart into everything she does. Her hard work, compassion, and welcoming spirit help strengthen our church and make St. Bart’s a place where people feel supported and valued.

Chris Rivera

Chris is known for his willingness to help wherever he’s needed and for his dedication to making a positive difference. Through his leadership and kind heart, he continues to inspire confidence, teamwork, and faith throughout the church.

JO-ANN SCIARROTTA
Music Administrator
Jo-Ann Sciarrotta is a collaborative pianist, music director, and award-winning educator. She has performed at major venues including the White House, United Nations, Amato Opera, and Atlantic City Casinos, and has accompanied Broadway and Metropolitan Opera stars. A graduate of The College of New Jersey with a Master’s from Boston University, she has taught at TCNJ and other schools, earning honors such as the Governor’s Teacher Recognition Award and Hamilton Township Teacher of the Year. She currently serves at St. Bartholomew’s Church and works with the Central Jersey Choral Society, Trenton Children’s Chorus, and St. Paul’s Children’s Choir. Jo-Ann and her husband, Nick, are Gold Card Members of the American Federation of Musicians and live in Chesterfield, NJ with their son, Christopher.

Brandon Plantier

Brandon is a talented pianist of our church. His music fills our services with energy and meaning, and his joyful spirit brings people together. Brandon’s dedication, kindness, and passion for serving others truly make a positive impact on our church community.
